The long week has once again begun and there’s not much we can do about it. Work/school has come again and we are stuck with it till the weekend.
The weekend was good as it was spent with Jenn (Sunday was anyway). She had to work most of the day Saturday. Meanwhile, I was recording more Jak II and Ratchet and Clank: Going Commando. Managed to get to Act II on Jak II and am halfway or a little beyond in Going Commando.
Watched streamers on Twitch.tv after that and then left (a little late) to get Jenn.
When we got back, we relaxed and spent time together by having a shower and watching Sailor Moon before bed.
Come Saturday we decided to stay indoors. Spent most of the day playing Skyrim and Skylanders, bummed by the fact we didn’t have the adventure packs yet.
If I didn’t mention it, we are doing a co-op playthrough of Skylanders: Spyro’s Adventure. It will not be uploaded to my channel, but to hers at: youtube.com/jennsgaming
Later we had Chinese food for dinner and played more Skyrim while messing around with the mods before it started to flip out and we just went to bed around 2 am.
Today we got up early and played some Skyrim together. Then she got ready for work and left, while I went downstairs to wait for our package to get here (which it did). Before I started messing with it, I finished reading Eragon (on page 134).
I started to experiment with the new characters in the 3DS version of Skylanders (as they were Jenn’s and she isn’t going to play the 3DS version) and they were pretty fun to try out. Moved on to uploading videos before trying to use them on the console version. That’s were things went wrong.
At first, the portal was working just fine. Then I went to focus on my videos and when I came back to it, it wouldn’t sync up with the game. After trying countless tricks and things, I decided to blog and be done with it for now.
Going to move on to my book for now and then get ready to leave in about an hour to walk home from BK with Jenn.
